Cover Manager –Secondary

We’re looking for a confident, organised, and people-savvy Cover Manager to join a dynamic secondary school in Slough. You’ll be the go-to person for all things cover—making sure every classroom has the right teacher at the right time.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the daily cover rota for teaching staff
* Liaising with agencies and supply staff
* Coordinating internal staff and timetables
* Maintaining absence records and reporting to SLT
* Supporting the smooth running of the school day
* Covering lessons
Who we’re looking for:
* A confident communicator who can juggle a packed diary
* Previous school admin or cover supervisor experience
* Knowledge of SIMS or similar school systems

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
