What You’ll Be Doing:
In this Graduate Technical Support role, you will be at the heart of our client’s service delivery team, supporting customers and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Don’t worry if you don’t have lots of experience—they will provide training and support to get you up to speed.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customer technical enquiries—helping solve problems or escalating them to the right team member.
2. Logging and tracking customer requests and service tickets using HubSpot software.
3. Preparing accurate quotes and following up with customers to provide updates or answer questions.
4. Coordinating service orders and ensuring they’re entered correctly into our systems (Sage).
5. Supporting engineers by processing their reports and helping move jobs through to invoicing.
