Job Description
* To lead on partnership and engagement with major stakeholders in economic growth, skills provision, and business support, and in particular with our six local authority partners.
* Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to advance the organisation's mission.
* Oversee the delivery of a range of marketing campaigns across various channels.
* Lead and manage the marketing team.
* Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with business goals.
* To ensure that the LEP's skills and business support activities are aligned to Government business and skills policies and objectives identifying opportunities for growth in delivery in Berkshire.
* Monitor and analyse performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
* Ensure brand consistency.
* Coordinate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Marketing & Sales should have:
* Proven experience in a marketing / Sales leadership role.
* Evidence of successful use of knowledge and insight into commercial drivers to identify and secure market opportunities.
* Can demonstrate strong influencing and interpersonal skills to support strategic
* Able to identify, develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external partners.
* Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
* Excellent analytical skills to evaluate performance.
