Responsibilities
* Deliver value by forming a direct, collaborative relationship with stakeholders to maximize efficiencies and address change, operational delivery, problem resolution, and policy assessments.
* Ensure the execution of full end‑to‑end processes for applications, assessment and payment to students and learners is enabled by dependable, timely and accurate information from service partners.
* Ensure the end‑to‑end processes for payment to Delivery Partners achieve SLC “Pay” commitments.
* Maintain high levels of satisfaction from service partners so that SLC receives support, endorsement and insight to enable continuous improvement.
* Possess a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills; confident and articulate presenter.
* Ability to influence decisions and agree actions with internal customers and external stakeholders.
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships and influence internal and external partners and stakeholders.
* Ability to analyse and present information and data clearly and concisely.
* Uses initiative to resolve issues and is confident in ability to make decisions.
* Track record of good time‑management, with ability to deliver to deadlines.
* Experience at providing external‑facing relationship management, and in managing business‑to‑business interactions.
* Focus on continuous improvement and developing working practices, for self and others.
* Flexibility on working hours and ability to travel extensively and regularly within UK (inclusive of NI), often overnight.
