Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO as a Learning Support Assistant
Support behaviour and emotional regulation as a Learning Support AssistantRequirements for a Learning Support Assistant:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with children with SEN
A patient, proactive and adaptable approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
