Overview
You\'ll be supporting the ladies with their daily routines including full personal care, meal preparation, administering medication, and helping with household tasks and health appointments. The role goes beyond day-to-day care; every Tuesday you\'ll accompany them to a private swimming pool. There are peaceful countryside walks, relaxed shopping trips, café visits, scenic drives with ice cream stops, and occasional bowling trips. Your ability to tune into their moods, notice small cues, and bring warmth and patience will mean everything. Each lady has her own car, so a manual UK driving licence is essential. Due to the village\'s rural setting, you\'ll also need your own transport to get to and from work.

These three ladies, aged between their 30s and 70s, live together in a peaceful, supported living bungalow. They communicate through gestures, sounds, and joyful smiles and flourish in a calm, consistent environment.
Shifts & Working Pattern
You\'ll work a two-week rolling rota that includes early shifts, late shifts, full days, and occasional waking nights. Weekend work is typically one day every other weekend, and we ask for flexibility to cover nights when needed.
