You’ll be working in a call-centre-style environment, supporting our B2B customers over the phone and by email. As the voice of the brand, you’ll help build strong customer relationships, handle enquiries efficiently, and play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service.
We are a fun, people-centric, performance-focused team, who are passionate about what we do. Provide basic troubleshooting and in-depth product support.
Maintain accurate records and data entry across systems
Assist with admin tasks, liaising with suppliers and contractors.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
Excellent Customer Service & telephone experience.
Confident in problem solving and the willingness to help to find solutions.
Computer savvy. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Teams, Google Drive.
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively, able to work with minimal supervision.
