Your new companyYou'll be working with a well-established local contractor specialising in property adaptations across Oxfordshire, particularly working on contracts for local housing associations and councils. Your new roleMulti-Trade Plumber / Shower Fitter - Oxfordshire Region £34,200 - £36,500 per annum (or £19 p/hr) | Temp to Perm Available | Company Van & Fuel Card As a Multi-Trade Plumber, you'll be responsible for bathroom adaptation projects including shower installations and full wet room fit-outs, aiming for one completed bathroom per week.
* Bathroom rip out and install
* Tiling, Painting, Stud wall (when necessary)
* Shower Fitting
* Wet Room style adaptations
You'll be expected to work independently across SOHO dwellings, manage your time effectively, and deliver quality results with minimal supervision. What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom adaptations
* Ability to work alone and maintain high standards
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is desirable but not essential.
* Must live within an hour's drive of the Oxfordshire region
* Time-served tradesperson with solid references
