nAs a Sales and Reservations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maximizing restaurant revenue through strategic sales initiatives and efficient reservation management. You will be the first point of contact for potential guests, responsible for securing reservations, coordinating special events, and promoting our offerings. Your goal will be to enhance our sales performance and ensure every guest has a remarkable experience

* esManage Reservation: Proactively manage and maximize reservations via phone, email, and online booking system
* s.Upselling & Cross-sellin: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction valu
* e.Event Collaboratio n: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote special events, promotions, and new menu item
* s.Relationship Buildin g: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholder
