Overview
Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Production Manager. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in Fife. Weekend role, working across Saturday & Sunday (24 Hours)
A critical role for the business, you will be tasked with leading a team of supervisors and operators across multiple departments. Working towards KPIs while coaching and developing staff members.
Responsibilities
* Lead the production team
* Work towards KPIs
* Drive continuous improvement
* Develop and coach staff
* Support Capex projects
* Other duties deemed relevant to role
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience within a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG industry
* IT literate with experience in the use of an ERP system
* Experience applying lean principles
* Health and Safety knowledge
