We're a busy bakery in Stockport specialising in custom cakes and sweet treats. We're looking for a talented Cake Artist & Fondant Decorator to help bring our clients' celebrations to life
Job Description:
* Design and decorate custom cakes using fondant, buttercream, and other mediums
* Work with clients to create bespoke cakes for weddings, birthdays, and events
* Prepare and bake cakes, fillings, and frostings
* Create intricate designs, sugar flowers, and decorations
* Ensure high-quality products and timely delivery
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
* Experience in cake decorating (fondant and custom work)
* Creative flair and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
* Must be flexible and adaptable
* Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
