Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies is an established, forward‑thinking 'Talking Therapies' service, providing psychological therapy for people with mild to moderate common mental health problems across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.
We are looking to recruit skilled Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP's) who are passionate about delivering effective, evidence‑based care with a true desire to make a meaningful difference.
Key Qualifications
* Qualification in Low Intensity CBT interventions from an accredited course with the BPS or BABCP
* Registration with the professional body of BABCP or BPS
* Teaching (clinical practice) qualification/certificate or equivalent experience
* Qualified Psychological Therapist
Key Experience
* Experience in relevant area of mental health practice
* Application of evidence‑based psychological therapies relevant to the clinical service
* Lived experience of mental health as a service user or carer
* Involvement in innovative clinical practice. Clinical leadership experience
Responsibilities
* Deliver Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression through one‑to‑one and group sessions, following the Talking Therapies manual and NICE guidelines.
* Provide disorder‑specific assessments, formulation and Step 2 treatment, and carry out assessments as part of the caseload.
* Manage a large caseload while maintaining quality and achieving best possible outcomes for patients.
* Continuously develop professionally as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
* Role‑model compassionate and inclusive leadership practices, demonstrating psychologically safe behaviours and contributing to team working and collaboration within the service and trust.
Maintain the legal right to work in the United Kingdom throughout the duration of your employment. If your status changes, you must notify your line manager immediately and provide required documentation. Failure to maintain right to work may result in termination.

£32,073 to £39,043 per annum, pro rata.
