Working alongside the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you’ll create a positive member experience that supports results. You’ll introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions, deliver leading fitness classes, and help keep the club in top condition by monitoring the pool area and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Whether you’re coaching, cleaning, or coordinating a class, you’ll uphold top-tier standards and foster an environment our members love coming back to.

Responsibilities
* Introduce newcomers to the club through gym orientations and inductions.
* Deliver fitness classes and provide coaching that supports member progress.
* Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting club environment, including pool area oversight.
* Contribute to a positive member experience by delivering high standards of service in line with company expectations.
What we need from you
* A passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness, with the ability to talk to everyone and build relationships with gym members.
* A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment.
* The ability to deliver outstanding customer service, leading to exceptional member satisfaction.
* Solutions-oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen.
* Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues and customers safe.
