Job Description:
A vacancy has arisen for a part-time Payroll Administrator at the CSA office in Llanelli.
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Friday (working hours can be discussed).
Hourly rate: £11.00 per hour
The successful candidate will assist the Payroll Manager and work as part of a team to support the payroll process, including:
* Processing new starters on SAGE payroll
* Handling employment changes and contract variations
* Maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring data protection compliance
* Assisting with auto-enrollment pension scheme administration
* Dealing with general worker queries
* Preparing timesheets from clock-in reports for approval
* Performing other ad hoc duties as requested
The ideal candidate MUST have:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines
* Professional manner and confidentiality
Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of SAGE payroll is advantageous but not essential, as full training can be provided.
