Your daytoday responsibilitieswill look likethis:
* Collaborate withFounders and Key Stakeholders on product vision help set your teamgoals and guide the team to ensure product objectives areachieved;
* Translate the product vision androadmap through to delivery operation and continuousimprovement;
* Facilitate and drive delivery anddevelopment processes using Agile methodologies and bestpractices;
* Develop a deep understanding ofcustomer personas jobstobedone and productbehaviours;
* Lead a crossfunctional team todeliver innovative solutions in line with roadmap and stakeholderexpectations;
* Develop and prioritise a roadmapwith the team along with a coherent product backlog that supportsit;
* Manage the backlog to ensure that it isuptodate relevant and actionable;
* Optimise thebest technical solutions to avoid over and underengineeringproblems making sure that the Development effort focuses on therightareas.
Requirements
Youllhave:
* At least 5 yearsof Product Management experience
* Experiencecollaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritise productfeatures based on business goals stakeholder expectations andmarket;
* Experience tracking and monitoringfeatures performance and functionality after launch to ensurecontinuous improvement anditerations;
* Experience working with earlystagestartups and/or in environments of rapidchange;
* Ability to identify filter andprioritise stakeholders feedback;
* Experienceinterpreting and applying user research and analytics to productdecisions;
* Clear communication skills topresent product plans benefits and results to the wider teamincluding Clevel execs external vendors andpartners;
* Experience in ensuring timelydelivery of features as per previously agreedroadmap.
