Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require additional academic support.
* Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
* Support pupils with mild SEN, learning gaps, or social and emotional needs.
* Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will be patient, proactive and confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
