Our Learning and Development (L&D) team is looking to recruit a Learning & Development Administrator to join us on a permanent basis working from our Inverness office/Muir of Ord Office. This opportunity will provide a unique challenge that will rise to meet your aspirations, allowing you a clear development path for your career within our L&D team.
To work in partnership with the L&D Manager to create and deliver L&D outcomes.
To ensure all L&D Administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
To organise and schedule L&D activities and appointments as required.
To assist the L&D Manager with the development of training systems and procedures.
To assist with training requests and schedules as required.
Have a very good level of knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Have very good administration knowledge and skills.
