Our client is seeking a skilled Manual Test Analyst to provide essential support to deliver their project roadmap on schedule. This is a hands-on role that combines both software and hardware testing to ensure products meet rigorous standards of performance, reliability, and usability.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that products meet design specifications and perform as required
* Identify and clearly record defects within a central database
* Create, maintain, and execute test cases aligned with product specifications
* Record test runs to evidence product maturity and coverage
* Create and maintain release notes and supporting documentation
* Suggest and document product enhancements for future releases
* Identify opportunities to improve test quality, coverage, and efficiency
* Assess and recommend future automated testing opportunities
* Contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives
* Conduct hands-on system testing with physical devices
* Set up test environments using Windows Server, virtualisation, and web back-end technologies
* Configure IT systems to replicate real-world customer network environments
* Design and execute creative testing scenarios with enterprise-scale considerations
