🚀 What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager:
* Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
* Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
* Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience.
* Train, coach and motivate the team - you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline.
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management.
* Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business.
🧠 What You Bring to the Squad:
* Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
* Ability to multi- task in a busy, hands-on environment
* You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters.
* Strong communication and organisational skills
