Efficiently handle haulier enquiries to resolution in a timely manner. Accurately process all admin within given deadlines. Liaise with transport and operational staff to ensure the most efficient and effective completion of administration tasks, within given timeframes. Ensure timely production of relevant reports as required by management. Maintain good working relationships with drivers and/or traffic staff of service providers. Accurately manage the change of master data. Adherence to company policy & procedures. Experience: Experience - 2 year administration. Desirable: Knowledge of construction industry and products. Knowledge of local and national geography. Knowledge of transport regulations. Essential: Demonstrate ability to use own initiative. ​ IT literate. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas. Attention to detail. Highly organised.
