Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will work as part of a supportive team to assist clients with their services. You will operate in a busy environment, handling a high volume of calls, and assisting with a range of general and technical support queries, ensuring service level agreements are exceeded. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, processing them into the system, working with engineers to schedule appointments, and organizing fault repairs.
