About the role:
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a newly created UK head office team and help drive the brand into its next stage of growth.

Reporting into the UK Brand Director, this position is a hands-on day to day marketing and training execution for Maison Crivelli UK.
Key Missions:
Marketing activation
· Provide best-in-class marketing activities both trade-marketing and general ones to ensure proper image building of the Brand on the market.
· Support the PR agency with the execution of PR initiatives ensuring strong brand positioning on the market.
· Support the execution of the overall trade marketing strategy negotiated with the retailer. Ensure assets, sales tools, collateral are briefed, created and delivered in line with the project plans.
· Support the negotiation and manage the execution of all online an CRM programmes with key store groups
· Support and manage the execution of any above the line media and digital advertising opportunities.
· Support the UK Brand Director in developing the brand’s omni channel CRM activity.
Visual merchandising
· Work together with the UK Brand Director and Global brand team to ensure strong brand presence in retail accounts, work on retailer planograms, maximise brand experience, driving key strategic sampling and promotional activation opportunities.
· Be the guardian of brand visual presentation in store, liaising with Global brand owners to ensure brand guidelines and visual standards are being implemented in store.
· Lead the execution of launch focuses and promotional sites the key store groups in line with the overall activity calendar
Retail Operations & Training
· Support in the delivery of all retail staff training sessions, ensuring content and tools are fully up to date and in line with the global strategy and messaging.
· Build relationships with retailer own bought staff where relevant and delivery quarterly training sessions in person and virtually
· Be the main point of contact for all operational training topics
· Liaise with global brand team to ensure that all UK tools are fully aligned to brand objectives and standards
Customer Eventing
· Lead all retailer customer event organisation, from planning to on the day execution.
· Act as brand ambassador for the maison in all customer events
Operations
· Support the forecasting of POSM and Training needs along side the Sales & Operation Coordinator and the UK Brand Director
· Support the team with new launch product forecast based on activity plan and launch priority, covering sellable and POSM.
Skills & Experience desired:
· Core understanding of the relationship between Sales and Marketing within a retail, brand or trade marketing role
· Must have some knowledge of high-end UK department store trade, ideally in beauty
· Strong verbal and written communicator with great presentation skills
· Good balance between analytical thinking and creative flair
· Good attention to detail
· Highly organised team player, flexible and able to handle multiple activities, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently and effectively
· Ability to build relationships to support team members and collaborate with others to achieve goals
· Proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Educated to degree level preferably marketing or business
