Responsibilities
* Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers and mechanical equipment.
* Use your own personal toolkit to undertake routine maintenance and repair light/heavy goods vehicles.
* Access specialist tooling and shared equipment in our modern, fully equipped workshops.
Qualifications
* Qualified mechanic: fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle or equivalent). Own toolkit for standard repairs.
* Varied vehicle experience: Proven Vehicle Technician experience working on a wide range of vehicles, for example LCV/HGV.
* Valid UK driving licence: full manual UK driving licence, preferably an HGV licence with trailer experience.
* High working standards: take pride in your work and ensure the job is done effectively.
* Flexible to service demands: able to work on a flexible shift rota and support your team where necessary.

Location: Exeter Workshop
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Full time - 39.5 hours per week (rotating shift pattern; week 1: 06:00–14:30, week 2: 07:30–15:00, week 3: 11:30–20:00). You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a weekday day off).
