What you’ll be doing
1. One-to-one magic – supporting children with special educational needs in class
2. Plan in action – helping teachers deliver personalised learning plans
3. Engagement guru – keeping activities fun, focused, and inclusive
4. Behaviour whisperer – using positive strategies to calm and guide when things get tricky
5. Team player – building strong relationships with teachers, parents, and specialists

What we’re looking for
7. Experience working with students who have SEND
8. Bags of empathy, patience, and resilience
9. A real understanding of how every child learns differently
10. Right to work in the UK and a valid DBS (or willingness to get one)
