Sales Administrator
OA are currently working with a well-established, growing organisation that specialises in property management. Our client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to support in purchaser onboarding onto their CRM and taking enquiries from existing and new customers.
1. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30
2. Up to £28,000
3. Temporary to permanent role

Sales Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
6. Collating and distributing weekly internal sales reports
7. Manage key releases, meter readings and customer satisfaction forms
8. Logging all information correctly on CRM System
9. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
10. Arrange for transfers/ leases to be signed and sealed
11. General administrative tasks as required
Sales Administrator – Skills & Experience:
12. Previous experience in a property management or construction industry
13. Previous experience within a similar role
14. Working experience with Mail Merge and Microsoft Excel
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
16. Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritize tasks as well as meet deadlines
17. Excellent attention to detail
