Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team? Schedule appointments and clearly communicate work programmes? Handle queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism? Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation ?? Ideal Candidate ? Previous experience in planned works within social housing? Strong communication and organisational skills? Ability to work independently and as part of a team?
