What You’ll Do as a Domiciliary Care Manager:
This isn’t just another management role. As our Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll blend strategy, leadership, and day-to-day operational oversight to make a real difference.
Ensure outstanding, person-centred care that meets CQC standards
Inspire, lead and develop a passionate care team
Oversee care delivery from initial referral through to review
Conduct audits, spot checks and ensure full compliance
Build trusted relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Manage rotas, staffing, and performance improvements
Handle financial management of care packages
Be part of our on-call rota for seamless 24/7 support
Who We're Looking for in a Domiciliary Care Manager:
✔️ Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care
✔️ Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
✔️ Confident team leader with exceptional people skills
✔️ In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
✔️ Passionate about delivering first-class, person-led care
