Contracts Administrator - Lurgan The post holder will provide admin support to the Contracts Manager and Admin Managerand assist in the procurement and administration of a portfolio of medical and decontamination contracts. About this role:
1. £13.57 per hour
2. Location: Lurgan Hospital Estates
3. Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
4. 37.5 hours per week
5. Temporary until 30/03/2026

What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Set up and maintain robust filing systems for contract documentation, keeping detailed records of all procurement processes and ensuring that the contracts and STA databases are up to date.
8. Liaise with outside contractors regarding service and maintenance contracts, sending out notifications of contract start dates and terminations in a timely manner and deal with queries etc.
9. Ensure all appropriate service contract equipment is linked to the asset register and that the Estates Management system is appropriately populated.
10. Issue all relevant contract details including award information to the contractor, contract administration staff and contract owners, including purchase order details etc.
11. Set up and arrange CAG group meetings. Record and distribute associated minutes.
12. Ensure associated contract payments are made in a timely manner.
13. Operate MiCAD/e-Quip and the BSTP finance system (or equivalent systems) for receipt and processing of contract invoices for payment.
What you'll need for this role:
14. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Access Databases and Word.
15. Experience in the use of and working knowledge of computer systems/information systems/databases.
16. HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role, 1 of which must be at Band 3 level or equivalent. OR,
17. 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification AND 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role at Band 3 level or equivalent.
18. 3 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role at Band 3 level or equivalent.
