The Role:
As the Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the central point of contact for processing orders, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation
Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Liaise with internal teams such as accounts, logistics, and operations
Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasting when required
Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
About You:
Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, or similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
