We are on thelookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join ourclients central team and spearhead the inhouse recruitmentfunction. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a pivotalrole in shaping the recruitment strategy collaborating closely withthe leadership team and hiring managers. This is a uniqueopportunity to be at the forefront of our growth journey andcontribute significantly to the development of our futureteam.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Proactivelysource highquality candidates through various channels includingjob boards social media platforms networking events andreferrals.
* Review CVs conduct phone screeningsand schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidatequalifications skills and culture fit.
* Supportthe HR Manager and Head of People in other HR administrative tasksas required.
RoleDescription:
* Collaboratewith the People team to create engaging role descriptions thatclearly outline the requirements of therole.
* Regularly communicate with management andhiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met on timeflagging any potential issues as theyarise.
* Utilise various sourcing methodsincluding job boards social media networking and referrals toidentify potential candidates.
* Lead interviewprocesses assessing candidates skills experience and culturalfit.
* Maintain accurate and uptodate records ofcandidate interactions and progress in our trackingsystem.
* Provide a positive candidate experienceensuring timely communication and feedback throughout therecruitment process.
* Stay uptodate withindustry trends and best practices to continuously improve ourrecruitmentefforts.
Requirements:
* 2years of experience in recruitment/ talentacquisition
* Proven track record of success inprevious recruitment roles
* Driven andselfmotivated individual who can workautonomously
* Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
* Strong negotiation andpersuasionskills
