Responsibilities
* Develop new products for use in the Electronic Materials market aligned with company strategy.
* Develop and maintain application testing protocols; maintain and develop SOPs for equipment.
* Perform daily laboratory tasks as required.
* Formulate and research new and existing products.
* Interact with internal and external customers to advance product development and implementation in PCB and other Electronic Materials segments.
* Apply scientific knowledge to problem‑solving situations.
* Provide updates on project progress, including regular communication with project leaders.
* Offer technical and customer service support when necessary.
* Ensure product compliance and safety commitments.

Qualifications / Experience
* Practical working knowledge in a relevant formulating laboratory environment (job‑specific training will be provided).
* Degree in Science (ideally Chemistry) related subject.
* Competent in the use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
* Ability to devise test methods, analyse results and disseminate them professionally.
* Strong team player.
* Capable of taking ownership of work and thinking independently while receptive to feedback.
* Ambitious and willing to learn.
* Strong can‑do attitude.
