About the Role - We are searching for a candidate to take on the role of a Projects Manager within our Projects team to on one of our key clients within the social care sector. The ideal candidate will have experiance in Project Managing building refurbishements on commercial premises as well as quoting for potential works. THis is an ideal oppurtunity for candidates looking to develop their skills and build on ther experiance, we will support the role and provide developmental training where required.
Responsibilities
* Develop a healthy and productive relationship with the client
* Provide quotations for potential works
* Set project timelines and plan each phase of works
* Monitor project deliverables
* Update the Client and Management on the project progress
* Support project team members with tasks you assign them
* Ensure a safe system of work is maintained throughout the duration of the project
Qualifications
* IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
* Full Driving licence
* Technical qualification (Electrical, mechanical etc) preffered
Required Skills
* I.T Literate
* Good commercial awareness
* Site Management experience within the Building/FM sector
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
* Installation experiance desirable but not essential
