What we’re looking for in our Assistant Manager…
* Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
* Hands on experience of hospitality management.
* Contributed to achieving P&L and KPI goals.
* Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
* Confident communicator, continually refining leadership skills.
* Awesome at organising and multitasking.
