A position has become available for an experienced Customer Service/ Transport Administrator to join our UPN Smart Hub, Fradley Park, Lichfield.
The role involves but not limited to:
· Assisting our member depots and customers with answers to queries, offering transport solutions and providing excellent customer service over the phone and email.
· Chasing PODS for outstanding deliveries.
· Reviewing amendment requests to service and date changes.
· Monitoring depots service performance by reviewing KPI reports.
· Conducting CCTV enquires.
· Adjudicating and providing final outcomes to service revenue adjustments.
· Checking European customs paperwork to ensure compliant with requirements for onward shipping.
The administrator must be able to work professionally and calmly under pressure, as the role involves a quick turnaround in a busy transport environment.
The operational hours of our department are between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday (8 hour shift with one hour lunch in between - 40hr week) The shift patterns are predominantly 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm but occasional cover will be required between the hours of 7am-4pm.
The Administrator would also be required to work Saturday morning (7.30am-11.30am), on a rota basis for an additional rate of pay.
Previous experience within a similar fast paced/ transport setting will be advantageous.

The salary is up to £28,500 per annum depending on experience. Additional rate paid for working Saturday AM.
