About the role
We are seeking a Weekend and Bank Holidays Care Assistant to work in clients' homes within Southern Trust. The role involves providing compassionate care and support to clients, attending 3-4 shifts per weekend and bank holidays, and ensuring a supportive environment. The position offers accredited training and ongoing development opportunities.

Shifts
* Need to be available for 3-4 shifts per weekend
* Morning, lunch and tea shift: 6:45am to 5:30pm
* Tea and Bed shift: 3:30pm – 11pm
Requirements
* Must be a driver with access to a car
* Availability for 3-4 shifts per weekend and bank holidays as per business requirements
* Be prepared to travel within designated trust area
* Minimum 6 months experience in a formal care setting
* NVQ level 2 in care or equivalent
* NISCC registered or willing to undertake if successful
