Role responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of your section and play an important part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Prepare and present dishes in line with recipes and brand standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient section
Support and guide junior chefs where needed
Ensure service runs smoothly and food is delivered on time
Assist with stock control and ordering
Contribute ideas to menus and specials
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred)
A consistent and reliable approach to work
A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
