Global Cyber Manager

Objectives of This Role
* Develop and implement robust cyber security strategies and policies.
* Assess risks, investigate breaches, and reinforce measures to mitigate vulnerabilities.
* Lead and manage a global cyber security team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes.
* Conduct regular cyber security assessments, audits, and inspections.
* Maintain the security of applications, networks, and systems, including third-party service providers.
* Update emergency cyber response plans within the crisis management governance.
* Promote a culture of cyber security awareness and train employees on protocols and procedures.
Your Tasks

* Lead and supervise a team of cyber security personnel.
* Conduct regular cyber security assessments and audits.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in information security-related areas.
* 10+ years of experience in cyber security management.
* In-depth knowledge of cyber security technologies.
* Skills in security management, cybersecurity, incident management, and response.
* Ability to develop and implement cyber security policies and programs.
* Proficiency in cyber security assessments, audits, and investigations.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Attention to detail and risk mitigation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge of emergency cyber response planning.
