Customer Service Assistant (Part Time) - Ferndown
We are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant on a Part-Time, Permanent basis working 5.75 hours per week every Sunday from 10:30am-5pm.
Responsibilities
* Processing sales at the till point
* Customer enquiries
* Cash handling
* Wrapping and packaging
* General housekeeping duties
* Distribute and maintain trolley stock
* Return unwanted products to the shop floor
* Return faulty/damaged items to the warehouse
* Ensure shopping baskets are consistently available for customer usage
* Provide customers with carry-to-car service, especially for large items
* General car park housekeeping duties
* Collect and distribute trolleys to ensure availability and safety in the car park
About You
* Previous experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage but not essential
* Comfortable working independently and predominantly outdoors
* Good awareness of surroundings to ensure safe working practices; full training will be provided
