As a Commercial Contracts & Procurement Lawyer, you'll work on high-value contracts that shape the city’s future, from digital infrastructure to landmark developments like the Station Quarter.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drafting and negotiating contracts worth up to £10 million
* Advising on procurement law and ensuring compliance across major projects
* Supporting regeneration schemes including new leisure and infrastructure developments
* Handling complex grant funding agreements and subsidy control matters
* Advising on GDPR and data protection in commercial settings
* Working closely with finance, procurement, ICT and delivery teams
