Our Housing Renewal Service is dedicated to improving the quality of housing and living conditions for our community. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housing Renewal Operations Manager to lead our efforts in revitalising and renewing housing services. The Role: Assist with delivery of high-quality services within the Housing Renewal Service with a particular focus on preventative solutions for older, disabled and vulnerable people including our Lifeline Service. Develop and implement strategies for housing renewal projects. Line Management responsibilities within a small team. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of housing renewal initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and community groups. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and outcomes. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects. What you will bring: You will bring strong leadership and management skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Your ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and your knowledge of relevant regulations and standards will be crucial. Additionally, your experience in budget management, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, will ensure the successful execution of housing renewal projects.
