We have an opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Our projects include large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes and working in interesting public and private sectors including; healthcare, insurance, government & military sites, etc. What you need to do to be effective in this role: You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of M&E quantity surveying services including: Advise on services costs involved in building projects Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals Advice on contract arrangements and conditions Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients The skills and experience you need to have for this role: BSc in Quantity Surveying, similar level degree or vocational qualification (or equivalent) Clean UK driving licence
