Customer Service & Sales Support
Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
This role is all about making sure customers get the very best service, while also supporting the wider team with sales, purchasing, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be working with managers, suppliers, and clients across our branches – so no two days will ever be the same!
Responsibilities
* Team up with the Customer Service and Warehouse Managers to deliver excellent service across the board.
* Managing quotes, sales, and purchases
* Preparing quotations and supporting negotiations to help maximise sales opportunities.
* Responding to customer enquiries quickly and professionally – whether over the phone, by email, or via head office.
* Keeping everything organised in the internal systems – from raising purchase orders to making sure data is spot on.
* Building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers through clear, friendly communication.
* Updating clients regularly so they know exactly what’s happening with their orders.
* Supporting colleagues across branches and departments to keep everything running smoothly.
* Helping out with everyday admin tasks like filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Experience / Qualifications
* Strong ICT literate
* Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
* A detail-focused approach – accuracy is key in this role
* A team player who enjoys working with people and building strong relationships
