AP Personnel are delighted to have sole agency on this vacancy for our client who is seeking Group Reservations Agent.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities include but not limited to; Ensuring all enquiries are answered within an agreed time frame, handle all signed contracts and be in constant communication with contract partners to ensure all group bookings are up to date and correct, support the strategies and objectives of the departments whilst also taking ownership for assigned areas.
You will ideally have a degree within hospitality however this is not essential as full training will be provided and have the ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Previous experience within a reservations role and sales background is highly preferred. It is considered essential that you are able to work independently along with being well organised and possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
