We're working with a respected residential property management company who are looking for an experienced Block Manager to join their team.
You'll oversee a portfolio of around 30 developments (c.1,500 units) across Surrey and Oxfordshire, acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, clients and residents. This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver a professional block management service while being supported in your ongoing professional development.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing a mixed residential portfolio across Surrey & Oxfordshire
* Handling all aspects of block management, including service charge budgets
* Building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and clients
* Working with property management software to keep everything running smoothly
* Attending site visits and meetings as needed
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in residential block/leasehold property management
* Experience in financial management, including service charge budgets
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good working knowledge of property management software
* TPI qualifications (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
