Due to their exciting levels of development, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help them extend these services within the social housing sector.
In this role you will be managing the commercial and financial aspects of a variety of retrofit and refurbishment projects, within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for cost control, subcontractor management, valuations, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with relevant standards.
The ideal candidate would be qualified Quantity Surveyor, with a strong knowledge of the social housing sector, who is looking to grow alongside this exciting company.

The Person:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, or relevant discipline
* Experience of working within the Social Housing Sector
* Full UK Driving License
