We require a degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Physics. We require proven understanding of fundamental electromagnetic theory. We require a strong interest in, or experience of, Radio Frequency (RF) design and testing. We require experience across E3 technical areas such as Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Electromagnetic Fields (EMF), or High-Intensity Radiated Fields (HIRF). We require the ability to author technical documentation, including test plans and reports. We require experience working within technical governance frameworks. We require strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. We require confidence to stand behind engineering judgement and challenge constructively. We require evidence of continued professional learning and development. Responsibilities: We provide E3 technical expertise in a customer-facing and delivery-focused environment. We understand customer problems and contribute to innovative engineering solutions. We produce test plans, technical reports, and presentation material in line with project requirements. We identify E3 technical risks and support Project Managers with mitigation. We support the planning and delivery of electromagnetic trials programmes. We maintain continued technical engagement with key internal and external stakeholders. We ensure the safe and effective test and evaluation of aircraft, land platforms, and associated electronic and armament systems operating in complex electromagnetic environments. We support the planning, execution, and assurance of electromagnetic trials across civil and military programmes.
