We are working with a lovely GP Practice who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/ Administrator. 3 days per week – EMIS temp ongoing Hours: Wednesday–Friday, 8:00am – 6:30pm Duties include: * Taking inbound calls from patients using SystmOne/EMIS * Booking appointments * Post * Scanning of documents * Updating patient details onto the database Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of SystmOne/EMIS, and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
