Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of landlord satisfaction. Managing a trusted network of contractors to organize quotes and oversee essential property works. Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries with professionalism and tact. Monitoring rent accounts and managing arrears with clear, effective communication. Staying ahead of the Landlord and Tenant Act, ensuring all legal notices and safety certifications are up to date. Handling the full process from tenancy renewals to end-of-tenancy inspections and deposit negotiations. Skills & Attributes: Minimum of 1 year in Residential Property Management. Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to handle difficult conversations with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of modern property management software (such as TECLET) is a distinct advantage. A natural ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of current UK property legislation. A valid UK Driving License is essential.
