Conduct regular supervision sessions in line with company policies. Perform staff appraisals according to company procedures. Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff. Provide specialist nursing support and advice. Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence. Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
