We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join us in our Bradford office. This is hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
Within this role, you will support the VMO2 People Team and Project Delivery Specialists to deliver Cyclical Projects and other Change Initiatives against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards.
Previous Project experience would be a plus, however we are also interested in candidates who have transferable skills and a desire to kickstart their career within either the People or Project sector.
What will you be doing?
This is a broad role where you’ll have BAU responsibilities as well as being assigned to support on specific projects; offering you insight and exposure into the full project lifecycle.
1. Support Project Delivery Specialists with risk and issue management, project reporting, action management and project plans.
2. Support the maintenance of Project documentation, processes and knowledge management for all cyclical activity to ensure the integrity and ongoing delivery of these activities.
3. Create and deliver training for People Services, People Admin and Payroll teams against cyclical projects to enable them to effectively manage employee queries.
4. Support the development and implementation of the appropriate policies, and framework linked to projects.
5. Work in collaboration with key stakeholders and building relationships to ensure excellent service is provided and that each experience is consistent and of the highest quality.
6. End to end management of Virgin Media O2 People Intranet pages ensuring relevant, timely and accurate content is made available to all Employees.
7. Delivery and co-ordination of Intranet content management audits.
8. Management of all Employee Services BAU communications including partnering with Internal Communications teams to ensure holistic comms visibility across the company.
9. Produce weekly reports and monthly statistics for project administrative tasks.

10. Previous Administrative experience, ideally within a fast paced environment.
11. Excellent customer services skills.
12. Ability to deal with complex queries.
13. Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly to meet expectations.
14. Highly pro-active team-player with the ability to empower others and share best practice.
15. Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
